BRAD2GROUP has the capability and capacity for 100% funding of projects. We have financial resources and can arrange short and long term funds from various financial institutions, depending on the project type. We can also utilise cash-in, i.e. progress payments from the projects in execution.

We provide financial assurances to our clients and customers. To this end, we will usually adopt the most suitable financial package to suit the requirements of the client and the end-user. This set includes the provision of ‘Letters of Credit’, Bank Guarantees, and in some instances’ Bridge Financing’. As an indigenous organisation, BRAD2 GROUP has an adequate asset base that can provide the needed collateral cushion required by banks.
